Aerotech[edit]
Aerotech is a major manufacturer of APCP motors. They are also the OEM for various other brands of motor, such as Quest and Apogee. They also sell parts for homemade motors under the RCS brand and specialty motors for government customers under the ISP (Industrial Solid Propulsion) brand.
Cesaroni Technology Incorporated[edit]
CTI is a major manufacturer of APCP motors. They also manufacture Hypertek hybrids.
Estes[edit]
Estes is the biggest manufacturer of low through mid-power black powder motors.
Klima[edit]
Klima is a European manufacturer of low-power motors powered by a fuel similar to whistle mix.
Loki Research[edit]
Loki is a smaller manufacturer of snap-ring APCP motors that also provides supplies for homemade motors. Loki utilizes snap-ring cases with reusable nozzles.
Quest[edit]
Formerly a black powder motor manufacturer, they are now owned by Aerotech and primarily sell composite motors, except for the ultraminiature black powder MicroMaxx motors.
Southern Cross Rocketry[edit]
SCR is an Australian manufacturer of low-power black powder motors.

Contrail[edit]
Contrail is a manufacturer of UC-valve based hybrids.
Hypertek[edit]
Hypertek is a brand of hybrids that are completely free of pyrotechnic materials utilizing pure oxygen and an electrical spark for ignition.
Owned/manufactured by Cesaroni Technology Incorporated.
They don't sell hardware anymore, but may make reloads for people.
Defunct Motor Manufacturers[edit]
Animal Motor Works[edit]
A former manufacturer of snap-ring APCP motors. Some motors made for AMW cases (compatible with AMW and Loki in 54mm) are produced by CTI.
Ellis Mountain Rocket Works[edit]
A manufacturer of single use and reloadable APCP motors ranging from E to M and black anodized snap ring hardware. Ellis mountain snap ring hardware utilized a stainless steel washer as a nozzle carrier and the reloads used disposable phenolic nozzles. A Ellis mountain was most known for their line of single use long burn motors, such as the F20 and G20 Ellis. Mountain Rocket Works went defunct when its founder, Robert Ellis, passed away due to complications resulting from a para-gliding incident on December 4th, 2007. After the Aerotech fire in October of 2001, Ellis Mountain helped produce Aerotech brand motors in early 2002. [CITATION NEEDED]
Kosdon[edit]
A manufacturer of snap-ring APCP motors that went defunct when its founder, Frank Kosdon, passed away. Some motors made for Kosdon cases (compatible with AMW and Loki in 54mm) are produced by Aerotech under the now discontinued brand, Kosdon By Aerotech.

A former manufacturer of APCP motors and snap ring hardware.
Rattworks[edit]
A former manufacturer of monotube UC-valve hybrids and an experimental "tribrid" using alcohol in addition to nitrous oxide and a solid fuel.

Advanced Propulsion Systems[edit]
Advanced Propulsion Systems (APS), manufacturer of purple reloadable hardware and reloads. Casings were anodized in purple with gold anodized closures, which utilized acme threads and internal O-ring grooves. The aft closure acted as a nozzle carrier for graphite nozzles. Currently owned by Nikolaas Byra, who purchased the company in 2017. (defunct?)
